An Absolutely Fantastic Journey from Start to Finish

We’ve had an absolutely fantastic trip. Thank you so much! You’re the best in every way. Your dedication in preparing for the trip and tailoring it to our interests, the consistently rich and varied programme, and your personal, informative and inspiring guided tours were all wonderful. The service from Gonana, including the adjustments made along the way, was excellent. Lovely accommodation and absolutely delicious food throughout.

An unforgettable trip, very well organized by Gonana South African Travel. Consistently high quality in everything from hotels and restaurants to programs and guided tours, with professional and knowledgeable guides. In Cape Town we were asked what we liked best – the answer was simple: It’s a feeling. We will be back.

Wonderful trip to South Africa

We had a wonderful trip to South Africa organized by Joy and Jonas at Gonana Travel. All worked out so well. Very nice extra feature to get recommandations for restaurants. We’ll come back and can warmly recommend Gonana Travel.

Our trip was unforgettable thanks to this fantastic travel agency. Everything was personalized with such care, and the team was always available, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire journey.

The guides were excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate. The selection of restaurants, hotels, and trips was lovely. We could not have made such a selection ourselves, even with hours of searching.

A truly tailored experience

Thank you Jonas, Joy and the Gonana team for making our vacation in South Africa such a wonderful experience.
We did not have to think about anything as you already organised everything from kayak tour to restaurant bookings. A truly tailored experience which met all requirements from the entire family.
Some of the highlights were the guided tour with Jonas to Cape of Good Hope as well as the trip to Madikwe game reserve where we had an experienced guide and managed to see all big five the first day.
The hotels were amazing as well!
Thank you so much for making our vacation everything we could have wished for.

Fantastic trip in South Africa

What a fantastic trip we have had in South Africa, the best trip ever!

Many thanks to Jonas & Joy and the entire Team at Gonana SouthafricanTravel for your commitment and for a completely perfect arrangement for our holiday.
The program was tailored just for you/us and well designed after listening to us about what´s on the wish list for a perfect South African vacation.
Everything was great from excursions to the Cape Peninsula, wine tasting in Stellenbosch, safari in lovely Madikwe and wonderful handpicked accommodation with especially Paternoster and the perfectly located Gonana Guesthouse, what a gem and what a wonderful place to visit.
Tips on places to visit was great and especially the restaurants that have been handpicked & booked have exceeded our expectations everywhere, what a taste journey this was!
We already talk about traveling back and seeing more of this fantastic country and of course Gonana SouthafricanTravel will be our first choice when it comes to new travel plans, they know their stuff.

Highly recommended for anyone seeking an extraordinary travel experience!

Jonas & Joy went above & beyond to make our trip unforgettable. The guides & drivers they arranged were knowledgeable, friendly, & passionate about sharing the beauty of their country. One of the most delightful aspects of our trip to South Africa, was the incredible culinary journey we experienced. The Gonana team didn’t just plan a flawless itinerary - they ensured our taste buds had an adventure of their own. Our safari adventure to Madikwe, was truly the highlight of an already spectacular trip.

We went for 10 days to South Africa and they planned our whole trip. From hotels, Safari, domestic flights to rental cars and how to drive back from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town with overnight stays. Could never have done this amazing trip without their expertise and insights. One of our best travel experiences ever!
